EQUINE EXPERIENCES

Are you looking for a unique educational field trip for your classroom or group?

Consider an Equine Experience at CTR!

On our beautiful Harford County farm, CTR’s trained staff and volunteers provide the opportunity for a 2-3 hour herd care learning session. This is a ground-based program, so no horse experience or riding skills are necessary!

The group will be divided up into horse teams where they will learn about the care and feeding of their horse. We also have fun with interactive activities with the horses, building an obstacle course through which each team will get to lead their horse, or releasing our inner artist in painting on the horses.
