CTR’s experiential activities involve horses throughout the program, but this is a ground-based program, so no horse experience or riding skills are necessary!

Corporate Team Building

Whether establishing a corporate culture, overcoming communication challenges, or building leadership skills, our innovative Corporate Team Building program can help! The focus is entirely on building human skills in a half day or full-day session.

CTR’s experiential activities involve horses as full participants and all exercises are designed as metaphors for real life. During brain storming, team building activities in the arena, and session wrap up, your group is prompted to share insights. CTR’s professional staff also offers feedback based on their own observations. Before the session is finished, next steps are created so changes can be implemented right away.
