Rusty was rescued as an intact, 3-year old male cat, from one of three hoarding situations by the Harford County Humane Society in the Summer of 2017. He was very people-shy and stressed out. Being in a quiet office setting as one of CTR's Farm Cats was the perfect environment for him. He and Tucker share responsibilities of Chief Purrers on Rodent Patrol. Rusty has come a long way in gaining confidence and social skills. He is quite the "talker" and is happy to roll on his back for belly scratches (no kidding!).
