As Program Director, Katy brings a wealth of experience in behavioral healthcare, marketing, branding, strategic planning, business management and personnel management to CTR.
CTR’s mission of helping people and horses particularly resonates with Katy, who grew up in a military family on a small horse farm in Southern Maryland. She believes that growth and recovery are possible for everyone, and appreciates the opportunity to help make pathways toward them more accessible for people who live with differing abilities and diagnoses.
