PATH International Therapeutic Riding Instructor and Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning
Mollie fell in love with horses in 2005 when she attended a summer riding camp. She began taking regular lessons to learn about Eventing and horsemanship. In middle and high school, Mollie attended numerous horse shows and competitions. She began teaching lessons at On Course Equestrian Services in 2010 and is still there presently. Since then, Mollie has spent her time exercising and training horses, running summer horse camps, teaching weekly lessons, leading trail rides, and working to improve her own riding abilities and knowledge on stable and horse management. Mollie joined the Chesapeake Therapeutic Riding staff in October of 2018. Her favorite part of teaching lessons is watching a student’s love for horses and riding confidence grow.
Mollie currently holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Towson University. She is certified through PATH International as a Registered Therapeutic Riding Instructor and Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning and hopes to one day become certified in hippotherapy.
